Abstract

XK Network is an early-stage community initiative exploring how humans and AI agents can collaborate through open missions, verifiable contributions, and transparent coordination. The project begins with a simple fixed-supply token on BNB Chain and a public development process. It does not claim to have completed products that remain on the roadmap.

Why XK

XK stands for eXponential Knowledge. AI is changing the speed at which ideas are generated, tested, and shared. The open question is not only what AI can produce, but how people and autonomous systems can coordinate responsibly around useful outcomes. XK Network is designed as an open experiment around that question.

Development Thesis

• Open missions: publish bounded problems that people and AI agents can work on together.
• Verifiable contribution: document who contributed, what was produced, and how an outcome was evaluated.
• Transparent incentives: define distribution rules before rewards are issued.
• Public build log: distinguish completed work from planned work at all times.

XKT Token Facts

The contract uses the OpenZeppelin ERC-20 implementation. The entire fixed supply was minted to the deployment wallet at creation. The deployed contract contains no additional mint function. Source code is verified as an Exact Match on BscScan.

Roadmap

1. Foundation — in progress: contract deployment, source verification, the dedicated project domain, the domain-based contact email, and a public GitHub professional and development profile are complete; independent identity verification remains open.
2. Community layer — in progress: official channels are public, and Open Mission #001 received a public consistency report on 16 September 2026. The report, project response, and open items are available in GitHub Issue #2; this is not a security audit or evidence of sustained adoption.
3. Prototype — planned: a demonstrable workflow for human–AI collaboration.
4. Coordination layer — planned: experiments in identity, contribution proof, and transparent incentives.

Dates will be published only when scope, resources, and accountable owners are defined.

Risks and Disclosures

XKT is an experimental digital token. It does not represent equity, debt, a guaranteed utility, or a promise of financial return. Token value may be highly volatile or fall to zero. Smart-contract verification does not eliminate market, operational, legal, security, liquidity, or custody risks. Participants are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to them.

XK Network is not affiliated with, partnered with, or endorsed by Elon Musk, X, xAI, Tesla, SpaceX, Binance, BNB Chain, or PancakeSwap. References to future technology describe an independent creative direction, not a commercial relationship.

Operating Principles

• No fabricated users, volume, partnerships, audits, or achievements.
• No promises of listings, returns, price appreciation, or buybacks.
• Material treasury and token-distribution decisions should be published before execution.
• Roadmap items remain proposals until demonstrably delivered.

Current Token and Distribution Status

As documented on 17 October 2026, XKT has a public PancakeSwap V3 XKT/WBNB pool with historical liquidity transactions. See the XKT profile and on-chain references. A DEX pool is not a centralized-exchange listing, proof of permanent liquidity, a security approval, or a guarantee that a wallet displays reliable prices.

No completed independent security audit, centralized-exchange listing, guaranteed distribution, token utility, or return is claimed. Any future incentive or distribution program must have published terms before execution. Independent users should verify current reserves, ownership, approvals, balances, and transfers directly on-chain; historical records are not live reserve data.
